Carissa's Christmas Kitchen

My awesome friend Carissa of Stay Hungry Stay Foolish has finally launched her holiday business! Yay.

She is one of the two friends I have who have baked me awesome red velvet cupcakes (sadly, I don't have any photos of her lovely, lovely cupcakes!), and she's also the one who gave me birthday chocolate chip cookies when I turned twenty-two

And I'm saying this not because I've known her for years and am therefore biased, but because I am a sure-fire, guaranteed satisfied customer. Her baking skills are just excellent. Last Christmas, she brought frozen brazo de mercedes to our barkada dinner, and it was so popular - even her other siblings brought their own brazos to their respective Christmas gatherings with friends. One random day she dropped by the house to leave me some cookies from a freshly baked batch, and my mom loved them. I am now so regretful that I didn't take pictures of our friendship based wonderfully on her baked goodies. *sigh* My obvious favorite from her list is her red velvet cupcakes! I've yet to try out the cake version, but I'm sure it's as awesome, because I will probably treat it as a huge cupcake anyway. Heh. ;)

SOOOOOOO, if you're planning on giving your loved ones a cake or a box of cupcakes, do consider Carissa's Christmas Kitchen as one of your prime choices. Contact her at 0917-823-3239 or email her at carissa.kitchen@gmail.com. ;)

  4. That red velvet cake sounds awesome. If Accessorize is too pricey for you, you should try visiting its sister store Love Diva instead. :) Or The Little Things She Needs in Eastwood. Much cheaper but similar products :)
